Final Post

It's hard to believe that this experience is coming to an end. Congratulations to everyone for this great accomplishment!

I felt a great sense of pride walking away from the mock interview today. I can honestly say that this program helped prepare me, not only for an interview, but to move on in my career. What an exciting and intimidating concept...

I felt like the capstone paper was the perfect culminating activity for this class. We were able to walk through some of the steps that we can anticipate experiencing as leaders. The Professioanl Growth Plan was also helpful in helping me set goals as we move towards the future.
